Add your favourite products to the quote list and confirm your purchase.
You will receive a confirmation email with your order details which will be your reference throughout the entire order process. Please note this is just a confirmation email and not a final quote don’t make payment without receiving a final quote.
We then begin the process of putting your order together, confirming stock availability, should anything on your order be out of stock we will contact you for a replacement or to cancel that item from your order. This can take 2-3 working days, most often sooner.
Once your order is ready, you will receive it by e-mail along with the banking details and your courier fees, please ensure that you use your correct quote number to make payment, every order placed makes a new order number.

Once your payment is reflected in our account we will ship your order to your Pudo locker, please make sure to find your nearest locker at the link above. Please bear in mind, the cost of shipping will depend on the size of your order.
Delivery takes anything between 3-5 working days, which will depend on the area.
